Tom Kane's unique background includes camera and DP work (above and below the water), location scouting, art direction and general production. Tom lived and worked throughout the Caribbean for close to 20 years. Tom works with 35mm & 16mm formats as well as with BETA or digital video. He i s a certified PADI diver with over 1000 dives and has dry suit certification.

Louise Kane is a freelance producer whose background includes a JD in law, a Master 's degree in Marine Science & Policy and dual degrees in History and Political Science. Beside the commercial film experience she gained while in the Caribbean, Louise produces educational videos about marine conservation for the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA). Louise produces, writes and edits the projects while Tom provides camera and underwater DP services. Their work for NOAA has won numerous awards at major film festivals in the marine science, underwater and environmental categories.

Kane Productions specializes in underwater, Caribbean-based and other remote and challenging productions. But we offer a wide range of typical production services to film, video or still photography clients around the world. Our services include general production, location scouting and management, underwater camera and DP services, still photography. and graphics. Over the past 20 years, Kane Productions has worked with numerous clients on commercials, feature films, documentaries, music videos and feature length films. Formerly based in St. Thomas for 20 years, we are now located in the states but work closely with our Caribbean affiliates.
